  • someone has do to it...

said by a sydney born- chinese guy, who received a calling from God, to go to Japan to do missionary work. he did because he felt that Japan is one of the countries where christianity is a super minority. this is certainly a place where people needed the Gospel most.

  • 名垂千古

    Completion of Genesis finally

recently, have been thinking alot of my relationship with God..

    unconditional vs conditional
    autonomy

why did God let us choose, whether to follow him or not?
    how did his blessings work"?

eg Jacob wrestles with God previously before he becomes Israel
when God said he had been blessing Jacob, unfortuante things happen
    eg Dinah was raped
    eg joseph was being sold
most of the people would think..... is God truly blessing Jacob's family.
or i should say, why God let these things happened to him

when i read closely to this family...
there were a lot of jealously, as such leah and rachel
supposingly they were sisters, but they were competitive amongst themselves for the husband love.

    strictly speaking....
there are so many unfortunate events
so why did God let these things happen?
    and whats His purpose?

why did God let Jesus who is a divine being die for us?

    look at Job...

i would like to say.... God's love is TOUGH LOVE

it seems liike unless the person is being wrestled again and again, they may not grow stronger

    thats why

" for those  whom God has chosen, for those whom God has loved, he did it for a purpose."

my mind is keeep... trying to understand... digest the issue...

yesterday, i was at my auntie's place and help her making dinner.

    i asked her,

" auntie, as a mom, what do you think is the most difficult challenge that you have ever faced?"

    she replied,

" i think the most difficult challenge is to make sure that my children are growing under God's guidance".

what a coincidence, i am reading this today.

a few things i want to do after NZ trip.

    (1) get well soon, so that i can start pulling myself together
    (2) read the bible once
    (3) going to healing room
    (4) IHOP!!!

i really want to find God, meet him/ Jesus this year! so that i may truly love HIM and be with HIM wherever i go.

towards the last days of NZ trip

one of my mates got a head injury, so i need to step up and be a driver.
it was 4am in the morning, hamilton, NZ.

there were no street lights, because NZ is far south, its super foggy.
the car light shines through the reflection board...

    guess most of the time,

when you travel, do you need to see the entire path before u go there?
or you just need specific directions at appropriate times ?

    let God be your GPS

so just sit tight, and enjoy what's coming up!

    :D
